Bodywork helps heal your body, calm your mind,  soothe your spirit and assists you in rasing your vibration to adjust to the many changes taking place around and within you.

I believe that through taking the time to heal myself, I am influencing the entire world.  This belief forms the foundation of my healing practice.  When I receive regular bodywork and take the time to be still, I am more grounded and calm, better able to live a heart-centered life.  This allows me to impact others in a positive way and to live in greater appreciation of our beautiful world.
